The Answers You Need
What are the payment options?
We accept payments via paypal. You do not have to have a paypal account, checkout as guest and enter your card details. Cash//zelle/apple pay payments are accepted also for local pickup.
How long is shipping?
Processing could take up to 2-3 business days. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping is 1-2 business days.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns unless there is an error on behalf of the company (such as receiving the wrong item, size, or a defective product). However, we do offer even exchanges within 14 days (2 weeks) of your purchase date. To qualify for an exchange: • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. • Exchanges must be for the same item in a different size or color (if available). • All exchanges are subject to inventory availability. Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive further instructions via email. Please note that sale items and promotional products are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Do you offer drop offs or pick ups in DFW area?
Pickups only. You will receive a pickup confirmation via text/email when your order is ready. You must pick up within 21 days of purchase or your order is subject for resale.
Can I still order an item even if you do not have on hand?
If on the site it states, preorder then you are allowed to pre-order a item. All pre-orders take about 4-6 weeks to process and be shipped.
